By participating in Sun Devil Divers activities... including practices, meets and social events. All athletes and parents/guardians agree to the following policies. Policies may be changed without notice.  Failure to abide by these policies may result in ejection from the team.

Monthly Membership Fees 

Upon registering you agree that your credit card will be charged on the 1st of each month until you cancel your membership.

All payment for monthly fees are billed using recurring billing via credit card through this website connected with PayPal. Currently we accept Visa and MasterCard.  All monthly fees are charged on the 1st of each month and will be attempted again on the 6th, and finally the 11th. If you would like to cancel your membership, simply log into this website and update your training or billing information in the Manage Training section under the Members tab.  If you choose to cancel your membership, you must log into your account and cancel by the last day of the month in order to discontinue billing for the upcoming month.

*There will be a $2.25 service fee automatically charged to each account every month. 

Fees not received by the 6th of the month will be assessed a $25.00 late fee. Fees not received by the 11th of the month, thus needing to be invoiced separately will have a service fee of $10.00 added to your total, along with the $25.00 late fee.

Monthly membership fees not received in full by the 11th of the month will require your diver to sit out from practice until paid.

If you need to update your Credit Card, simply log into this website and update your card in the Manage Training Section under members.

Included in our monthly fees calculation is the recognition that some months have more weeks than other months.  Additionally, some months have holidays where we will not have practice.  Although the number of training days changes slightly on a monthly basis, over the course of several months this evens out.  Because of this, tuition is the same regardless of the number of weeks or holidays in a particular month. Sun Devil Divers will observe most federal Holidays and have a 2 1/2 week winter break and a 2 1/2 week summer break after nationals.  These breaks are part of our schedule and will not be pro-rated.

Quarterly Team Fees - $200 per year

Members of our Elite, Gold, Silver, Bronze will receive an invoice from PayPal - Sun Devil Divers, LLC for $50.00 on the first of the following months: September, December, March & June.

Fees not received by the 10th of the month will be assessed a $25.00 late fee.

Team fees not received in full by the 11th of the month will require your diver to sit out from practice until paid.

Meet & Sun Devil Competition Fees

Each meet we attend will have fees established from the meet directory for each event (1-meter, 3-meter, Platform).  Fees are usually $35 per board at local invites and $65 at Regional, Zone & National competitions. You will also have a Sun Devil Competition Fee that helps our Coaches with travel, room, food and time at away meets.  An email with the Sun Devil Competition Fee will be sent out prior to the meet. Once the competition is complete, you will receive an invoice from PayPal - Sun Devil Divers, LLC with the amount you owe. Competition fees for meets range from $15 to $35 for local invitationals and $50 to $65 per diver for Regional and Zone Championships.

Competition Fees are due 10 days upon receipt or they will be assessed a $15.00 late fee.

Taking Time Off or Going on Vacation

If you choose to take time off or go on vacation, you must still pay 100% of your Monthly Membership Fees to retain your roster spot.

Please understand there will be NO Refunds or Make Up Lessons offered when practices are canceled due to weather conditions or other ASU functions.
