Coach Briggs completed his college diving career at Arizona State University (1999-2001) where he was a three time All-American in the 3-meter and 10-meter events. Prior to ASU, coach Briggs competed one season for the University of North Dakota (1997) earning All-American honors on 3-meter and 1-meter. From (1997-1999) he worked as the assistant coach for City of Midland in Texas. During 1999 Briggs earned a scholarship to dive for ASU and graduated in 2002 with a degree in Secondary Education with an emphasis in Physical Education. From (2002-2011) Briggs worked as an elementary PE teacher in the Kyrene School District. In 2004 coach Briggs was named the new head coach for Sun Devil Divers. Since then he has produced multiple junior/senior National qualifiers, one junior World Team member and numerous other divers who have continued on with college diving. Coach Briggs was pivotal in developing and building the foundation for 2016 Olympic Silver Medalist, Sam Dorman.
Coach Bathe is from St. Louis, Missouri and started diving in 2012 after 10 years of gymnastics. In her junior career she was an AAU All-American, 4 x All State and competed at the top of her zone. She continued her diving career at ASU (Arizona State University) under coach Mark Bradshaw in 2017. In 2019, she had to medically retire from collegiate diving, but still has such a love for the sport and wants to continue to help young divers be successful and passionate about diving.
Coach Correa is originally from Chicago, Illinois and began his diving career back in 2011 after having to retire from gymnastics at a young age. He is a former member of the University of Arizona Diving Team coached by Dwight Dumais (2018-2022). Correa is also a former member of the Puerto Rican National Team coached by Omar Ojeda and Mark Ruiz (2017-2022). He has recently retired from the sport and is looking forward to giving back to the sport of diving through coaching.
